Sell the outcome, not the fact that AI was used
Customers care about whether a resource saves time, reduces confusion or helps them reach a goal. “Made with AI” is rarely a complete value proposition.
Three things to validate
- The buyer has a specific recurring problem.
- Your product produces a clear useful outcome.
- You have a realistic distribution channel such as search, email, a community, marketplace or direct outreach.
Improve before scaling
Start with a small version, observe what users actually use, then add depth. AI makes expansion easy, so discipline matters: more pages or templates do not automatically make a product better.
